FAQ

Customization

All of our pieces are fully customizable, except those that are in our store. When customizing a piece, we will work closely with you in designing a piece that reflects your lifestyle and fits into your functional space. It is the most important step to achieve a successful outcome.  Having worked for many years with scores of designers and architects, we speak customization very well. There are three aspects that are the most popular. Dimensions, materials and finish.

Placing an order

Please contact us to begin your inquiry through our Contact page or telephone number at the bottom of the page. Once we have approval of what your design is, we can quote it for you. Upon agreement and contract, we will provide you with shop drawings reflecting what has been decided, finish samples, photos of the actual material we plan to use and progress photos of your piece as we move through the building of your piece. What you will see will be your piece. We enjoy documenting progress.

Payment

We accept MC and VISA as well as PayPal. You can also opt for mailing a check, of course. For all orders that are not in our store, a 50% deposit is required after design approval with balance due before shipping. 6% sales tax applies.

Shipping

Contact us for shipping of items that are not in our store. We will provide a quote based on best available and best way. All furniture will be wrapped protectively and crated for delivery, if not a local delivery. Pricing will include setting in place.

If you are local to the Philadelphia area, we offer white glove free shipping within a 50 mile radius.

Lead times

Custom orders will take about 8 weeks to delivery.  Products shown on the Our Store page will take 3 weeks.

The Environment

All of our materials are sourced domestically from forests that are professionally managed and FSC certified. The adhesives, finishes as well as packaging are ecofriendly and we are always concerned about reducing our carbon footprint.  Our finishes are HAPS free and have little to no solvent release, yet provide a very durable surface. It is our goal to provide a healthy end product.
